These Regulations amend the original text as follows: (i) Paragraph (a) of Article 3 now clarifies that, unless otherwise stated, agricultural labor contracts are considered indefinite in duration; (ii) Article 12 must now be interpreted in alignment with the provisions of Article 15, following the new renumbering.
