These regulations shall be effective for the period from 1st January, 2023 up to 31st December, 2024, and amend the Customs and Excise (General) Regulations, 2001 in part XIII by the insertion of the following section after section 144(Y)— “144Z Rebate of duty on capital equipment imported by medical cannabis producer".
