This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of three articles and 14 Annexes, establishes provisions concerning air quality according to art. 62 point a to d of the Air Protection Act, and in particular: (1) limit values of pollutants for the protection of human health (listed in Annex 1); (2) critical levels of air pollution for the protection of vegetation (Annex 2); (3) target values of pollutants and long-term goals (Annex 3); (4) reference methods for air quality assessment (Annex 5); (6) data quality objectives for air quality assessment (Annex 6).
