This Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on the air quality. In particular the present Decree establishes conditions for the notification of the occurrence of smog situation, the notification of termination of smog situation, and warnings about the severe smog situation (replaced Annex 10).
