This Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree implementing certain provisions of the Act on the air. In particular the present Decree provides provisions concerning emission limits, technical requirements and operating conditions for larger central combustion plants (replaced art. 17 and supplemented art. 17a, 17b and 17c).
