This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of ten articles and six Annexes, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, the list of methodologies for field and laboratory tests of the difference, uniformity, stability of varieties of agricultural species, vegetable species, vines, hops and fruit genera and species and the list of methodologies for field and laboratory tests of the utility value of varieties of agricultural species, industrial chicory and vines. Methods of testing varieties are specified for: agricultural species (art. 4), vegetable species (art. 5), vine (art. 6), fruit genera and species (art. 7), and other species listed in Annex 6 to the present Decree (art. 8).
