This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 16 articles and five Annexes, lays down, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, details of the recognition of propagating stands and propagating material of hops and vines and its circulation, and regulates some requirements for the marketing of propagating material of ornamental species. The present Decree regulates categories of propagating material, labeling of propagating material, conditions for properties of land, soil and substrate, procedures for the evaluation of propagating material, and the method of keeping records.
