These Regulations lay down rules for the prohibitions relating to controlled substances; human health and safety permits, registration of importers of refrigerants and equipment, and handling licences; seizure, forfeiture, and call-up of controlled substances and goods; discharge of controlled substances into atmosphere; and offences and penalties. The controlled substances and their chemical formulas, ozone-depleting potentials and global warming potentials are listed in Schedule of these Regulations.
