The Regulation amends the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 by adding clause 294 that concerns special provisions for public hearings or public meetings of planning bodies during COVID-19 pandemic. The hearing or meeting must be held by means of an audio link or audio visual link and be able to be heard or viewed by electronic means by a member of the public at the time it is held.
