The Decree implements the provisions of the Commission Directive (EU) 2019/1985/EU and consequently amends Art. 1 Decree 14 January 2014. The Decree establishes, under Annex 1, characteristics and minimum criteria to be observed to determine the difference, homogeneity and stability of agricultural plant species and vegetable species to be included in the national registers.
