This Resolution consisting of 6 articles aims to define the requirements and conditions necessary for licensing veterinarians to practice the veterinary profession. Under Article 2, veterinarians must be licensed by the Ministry to work in veterinary facilities. This license, valid for one year, is granted based on the veterinarian's academic qualifications and experience, as well as the submission of all required documents and payment of fees. The license specifies the veterinarian's classification, approved practices, and the specific facility where they are authorized to work. It can be renewed annually, but veterinarians who have not practiced for two or more consecutive years must pass a test to renew their license, unless they work in pharmacies or warehouses. When a veterinarian's employment at a facility ends, the facility must notify the Ministry within one month to update the veterinarian's records. Veterinarians employed by federal or local authorities must be licensed and registered with the Ministry based on their qualifications and experience. Article 4 establishes that licensed veterinarians are obligated to work under supervision if they are junior, notify the Ministry before starting or ending a job, and treat all animals within their facility without refusal unless they provide a reason. They cannot work at more than one facility at a time without obtaining temporary approval from the Ministry, which requires both facilities to be licensed for the same activity and meet staffing requirements.
