These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 38 of the Natural Resources Conservation Authority Act, amend the Natural Resources Conservation (Ambient Air Quality Standards) (Amendment) Regulations 1996. Amendment concerns the substitution of the attached table indicating the air quality standards for each pollutant.
