This Notification amends Article 5 regarding the frequency of sampling of industrial, urban and domestic wastewater according to Table 1 shown in the Notification. The obligation of sampling shall apply to the institutions, organizations and businesses that have an Environmental Permit, according to flow rate.
The provisions of this Notification are governed by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
