This Notification lays down the procedures and principles regarding the works and transactions for the use of the annual export quota of eel and the issuance of a CITES document for its export. Furthermore, eel whose stocks are determined, can only be used, sold, transported or exported with permit obtained from the Ministry's provincial/district directorate.
