This Order amends certain provisions of the Order No. 2 of 23.07.2014 on the classification of waste (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 66/2014, and already amended in Gazettes 32/2017, 46/2018 and 86/2020). Changes are regarding the contents of articles 7, 9, 9a, 17, 21, 21a, 21b, 22. In Annex No. 5 to Art. 7, para. 1, item 1 item II, letter "A" is amended. Also Annex No. 7 to article 21 (paragraph 1) is repealed.
