This Order determines the manner for implementation of international standard for guidelines of the phytosanitary import regulatory system no. 20- given in the Annex of this text. This standard describes the structure and functioning of the regulatory system for phytosanitary imports, as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities that should be taken into account during the establishment, operation and revision of the system.
