The present Order, adopted by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, authorizes the Danish Fisheries Agency to grant permission for license holders to conduct public fish auctions in electronic form upon application. The Order lays down the requirements for such authorizations and regulates procedural aspects.
