This Regulation makes minor changes in “definitions” section and adds definitions of progress report and monitoring of the progress to the Article 4. This Regulation makes changes in Articles 8, 16 and 18 regarding the application procedures and the liabilities of the project owner in case of receiving “EIA report is required” or “document of EIA is not necessary”.
The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
