This Regulation of the Minister of Environment sets out annual levels of recycling of packaging waste from households which should be taken into account by the organization of recovery of packaging until the end of 2030 in the achieved levels of recycling of packaging waste. These annual levels of recycling are specified in the Annex for individual types of waste: plastics, aluminum, steel, paper and cardboard, glass, wood.
