This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the form of collective report specified in art. 237c par.1 of the Wastes Act, concerning recycling of packaging waste of the same type as waste generated from the same type of waste as packagings used for introduced products. The form of report is specified in the Annex.
