This Regulation lays down provisions on the conditions, obligations, working procedures and principles of the environmental management units, environmental consultancy firms and the personnel who provide environmental management services, and the application and evaluation procedures and issuance, inspection, suspension and cancellation of proficiency certificates.
The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
