This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Bulgarian Environmental Protection Act, and adopted by the Collegium of the Ministry of Environment and Water on 28 May 2013, sets rules regarding the administrative functions, functional and official tasks and composition of environmental expert councils. Designated tasks are laid down in article 3.
