This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles regarding the minimum requirements for and technical criteria of waste pre-treatment and recovery facilities operating for the purpose of processing waste. This Regulation shall apply to collection and separation facilities, other pre-treatment facilities, scrap metal processing facilities, facilities engaged in reuse activities, non-hazardous waste recovery facilities, and hazardous waste recovery facilities, except the facilities processing the wastes in the waste list in Annex-4 of the Waste Management Regulation.
