This Regulation sets out the procedures and processes of permit for mining activities, rehabilitation of the concerned area and collection of permit fee in accordance with the Article 16 of Forest Law. In areas where mining activities are permitted, the permit holder shall take necessary precautions against fire, arson or spontaneous combustion, and forest fires.
