This Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment, which is composed of two articles and two Annexes, lays down the minimum annual recycling levels for multi-material packaging and packaging after hazardous substances in Poland. The present Regulation specifies the recycling levels for various materials for the years 2024 to subsequent years. It also outlines the exceptions to the minimum recycling levels.
