This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Agriculture Act and in relation with the Decree on the provision of public advisory services in beekeeping for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2028, determines the conditions regarding the premises, equipment and staff that must be met by the provider of the public advisory service in beekeeping for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2028. The concessionaire must ensure access to advisory services for advisors to the public advisory service in beekeeping to all interested beekeepers and make young people and the general public aware of the importance of beekeeping in the Republic of Slovenia.
