The purpose of the regulation, based on the provisions of paragraph 83 of the Water Act, is to establish limit values for the content of hazardous substances in soil for the assessment of soil status and for the planning and implementation of soil improvement measures. It consists of five sections: Purpose of regulation (1); Limit values for content of hazardous substances in soil (2); Limit number (3); Target (4); and Entry into force of regulation (5).
