This Regulation prescribes the procedure for determining the conditions for the recognition of professional qualifications and issuing decisions on the recognition of foreign professional qualifications to veterinarians who are citizens of the Member States of the European Union. This text also prescribes the conditions and manner in which veterinarians, citizens of European Union Member States, established and registered for the performance of veterinary activities in one of the European Union Member States, may occasionally and temporarily provide veterinary services in the Republic of Croatia.
