This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 16 articles and one Annexes, implements art. 91 point 10 of the Environment Protection Act and provides detailed provisions for programs and plans which are aimed to achieve permissible levels of substances in the air. The present Regulation establishes: (1) detailed requirements for programs of air protection and plans of short-term activities; (2) form of preparation of programs of air protection and plans of short-term activities; (3) scope of subjects which should be specified and assessed in programs of air protection and plans of short-term activities.
