This Regulation of the Climate, which is composed of three articles and one Annex, establishes the template of report including information on functioning of an agreement concluded between a voivodeship marshal and an economic self-government organization representing a group of entrepreneurs introducing products in multi-material packaging or hazardous substances in packaging, including plant protection products. This template is specified in the Annex.
