Abstract:
The court relied on the legal expert report which proved that the practiced activity in the shop subject of this dispute harm the appellant as a result of noise and smell coming from the garbage and the scattering of debris in front of the shop and thus it sufficiently showed the elements of harm that she ruled to be removed.
