The Conference: Recalling Article 23 of the Bamako Convention on the Ban of the Import into Africa and the Control of Transboundary Movement and Management of Hazardous Wastes within Africa ; Further recalling Article 11 paragraph 1 of the convention2; Bearing in mind Rule 62 of the Rules of procedures adopted by the Conference; Hereby: Approves the participation of Non-Signatories to the Bamako Convention listed in the Annex hereto, in the First session of the Conference of the Parties.
