1.Decides that PFOSF meets the criteria in Annex D of the Convention; Decides that PFOSF and PFOS salts are likely, through their rapid transformation to PFOS and as a result of the longrange environmental transport of PFOS, to lead to significant adverse human health and/or environmental effects such that global action is warranted.
