The online briefing will provide an overview of the outcomes of the first meeting of the Small Intersessional Working Group on Improving the Functioning of the Prior Informed Consent Procedure. The first meeting was held in two parts in Geneva, the first on 7 and 8 March 2024 and from 9 to 11 October 2024.
