At its first meeting, the PCB small intersessional working group (SIWG) adopted its workplan to undertake the activities mandated in decision SC-9/3. The workplan is set out in the annex to the report of the first meeting. In line with the terms of reference agreed at its second meeting, the PCB SIWG will consider the draft.
