The Act amends 274 points of the Energy Law. The amended provisions concern entrepreneurship in the energy sector, issue of licences required for activities related to electricity production and supply, obligations of operators of the electricity market, combined production of electricity and warmth and production of electricity from auxiliary sources of energy, gas market, gas traders, agreements among operators of the electricity market and the gas market, limits applicable to import and export of gas, and offences.
