The present Act amends the Foodstuffs and Basic Commodities Act of 15 August 1974 (BGBl. I p. 1945, 1946, 1975 I p. 2652). The amendments concern mainly article 8 where a new paragraph is added relating to products not being foodstuffs but which could be taken as such especially by children. They must not be mistaken for food. Furthermore, small amendments are made to articles 12, 19, 28, 29, 32, 36 and 37. The Act consists of 2 articles.
