This Act, which is composed of eight Sections, amends some provisions of the Law on Agriculture concerning agricultural undertakings. It lays down the definition of agricultural entrepreneur, which is an individual or legal person who practices, as his main occupation, a systematic and autonomous activity dealing with agricultural products, with the aim of gaining profits, under conditions established by this Act.
