This Act sets forth duties of establishments where waste is produced. They are obliged to: approve a hazardous waste management programme, if they produce more than 0,1 Mg of hazardous wastes per year; notify the amount of produced waste and methods of waste management, if they produce less than 0,1 Mg of hazardous wastes per year or more than 1 Mg of other wastes per year.
