The present Act introduces substantial amendments to the Water Resources Act of 31 July 2009. In particular, the Act adds, inter alia, an article 13a concerning refusal and condition for granting permission to use certain waterbodies and the independent Expert Commission; and an article 13b on Application documents and supervision of the use of certain waterbodies and Register of substances.
