This Act is composed of the following Sections: Introductory provisions (Sec. 1); Energetic concept (Sec. 2); National program to promote energy savings and usage of renewable energy sources (Sec. 3); Certain proceedings concerning improvement of management of used energy (Sec. 4); Administrative offenses (Sec. 5); Inspection and protection of specific interests (Sec. 6); Common, transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6). The Act implements appropriate regulations of the European Community and establishes: (a) certain provisions to improve management of used energy, and rights and obligations of physical and legal persons dealing with energy; (b) rules to create the National energetic concept and the National program to promote energy savings and usage of renewable energy sources; (c) requirement for ecodesign of energetic appliances.
