This Order amends the Bluetongue Order 2003 in relation with measures to control the outbreak of bluetongue in England, including: (protection zones and surveillance) zones to be declared by the Secretary of State in the event of the confirmation of bluetongue; extension or reduction of the size of a control zone; licences for the movement of animals; and powers of inspectors in protection and surveillance zones.
