In order to be officially approved, breeders' associations, breeding organizations and private undertakings which maintain or establish registers for hybrid breeding pigs must submit an application to the authorities of the Member State on whose territory their headquarters are situated. Such authorities shall grant official approval to those breeders' associations, breeding organizations or private undertakings which meet the conditions described in the Annex hereby attached.
