The present Decision lays down some amendments and addenda to Decision 2002/757/EC concerning provisional emergency phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Phytophthora ramorum Werres, De Cock & Man in 't Veldsp. nov. The amendments regard phytosanitary certificate requirements. New Annex II is added; it concerns conditions under which bark-free sawn wood of Acer macrophyllum Pursh and Quercus spp. L. originating in the United States of America may be introduced into the Union without complying with point 2 of Annex I.
