This Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 lon organic production and labelling of organic products provisions. The amendments concern the control system for organic products, with particular regard to the control files to be transmitted to the competent authorities Member States or to control authorities and control bodies by operators. Further provisions concern exchange of information between control authorities, control bodies and competent authorities, as well as between different Member States and the Commission of the European Union.
