The National Implementation Plan for the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants is hereby adopted with this decision.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishery and Rural Development; Ministry of Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management; Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, and Ministry of the Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship, is in charge of establishing a working group for monitoring the fulfilment of obligations ensuing from the Plan and reporting to the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the implementation of the Plan.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction is responsible for the submission of the Plan to the Secretariat of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants.
