The present Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional Development, which is composed of four articles and 17 Annexes, establishes in particular: (a) critical levels of air pollution for selected pollutants and deadlines to achieve them, the limits of tolerance and the conditions for their application; (b) details on information and data on air quality which must be available to the general public; (c) methods and technical requirements for air quality; (d) upper and lower limits to assess the level of air pollution for selected pollutants.
