This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments to Decree establishing the methodology of examining distinctness, uniformity, stability and utility of varieties. In particular the present Decree specifies the new list of agricultural species which must comply with the test methodologies of difference, uniformity and stability (Annex 1, Table 1.1 and 1.2) and the new list of vegetable species which must comply with the test methodologies of difference, uniformity and stability (Annex 2, Table 2.1 and 2.2).
