This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments to the Decree implementing the Act on water supply and sewerage systems. In particular, the present Decree amends technical indicators for water quality control plan during the production of potable water (originally specified in Annex 9 to the amended Decree) and provides requirements for raw water quality (Annex 13), conditions of measurement of raw water quality (Annex 14) and details on the plan restoring the system of water supply or sewerage (Annex 18).
