This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment lays down some amendments to Decree laying down requirements on the quality of fuels used for inland and marine vessels from the point of view of air protection in accordance with Directive 2012/33/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Directive 1999/32/EC as regards the sulfur content of marine fuels. The amendments concern in particular the sulfur content of marine fuels, specified in amended Annex 3.
